Covered Products:

Mattresses sold by Sleep Shop will be covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty, The Sleep Shop will approve all designs that are 100% Sleep Shop Foam and do not contain foam from other manufacturers.

Claim Limitations:

Warranty is limited to Sleep Shop products only. This limited warranty does cover deterioration of the cell structure within the memory foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indention greater than 1' inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the memory foam that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If the covered effects occur as determined by the manufacturer, at our option, repair or replace the mattress, less the shipping and handling charges. Warranty coverage is limited to original purchaser.

Exclusions:

It is understood that the limited warranty does not include normal increase in softness of the mattress or a decrease in the slow recovery feature of the foam materials. The cloth, cover that is provided with the mattress has no warranty attached to it and it is recommended that it be kept clean, by using a mattress pad or cover. If a mattress is inspected and is soiled with body fluids, excess dirt, burn marks, has been abused, damaged, or has evidence of other foreign materials, this will void the warranty. The mattress is designed to work with a firm foundation or platform, and not using one with the mattress may void the warranty. You may be asked to send proof as the quality of the platform or foundation that has been used with the mattress.

Coverage Period:

The Sleep Shop guarantees that your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option without cost to you, except for incoming and outgoing freight charges, should it be deemed defective due to structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitation contained herein. The second ten (10) years of this 20 year limited warranty is prorated. During the first year of the prorated, 10-Year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period.

Pillow and Cushion 3-year Limited Warranty

Sleep Shop guarantees your pillow, cushion, or other comfort product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, except for incoming and outgoing shipping charges, should it be deemed defective because of structural defects during the 3-Year warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam or a decrease in the slow recovery feature. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape. It also covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. The removable cover has no warranty attached to it. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You must provide proof of purchases for any warranty claim.

The 90 day trial period applies to mattresses and/or mattress toppers only. Pillows and cushions are very personal items and therefore are non-returnable. They do not have a tryout period.
